MEP Project Manager

Genfocus UAE is hiring for the position of MEP Project Manager in Abu Dhabi & Dubai, United Arab Emirates. Key Responsibilities

• Lead complete MEP project execution, planning, scheduling, manpower, procurement, and milestone delivery.
• Manage MEP teams and coordinate with clients, consultants, main contractors, subcontractors, suppliers, and specialist vendors.
• Oversee HVAC, electrical, plumbing, firefighting, fire alarm, ELV, BMS, and related building services.
• Review shop drawings, BIM models, material submittals, method statements, ITPs, and technical documentation.
• Coordinate MEP installations with architectural, structural, civil, façade, and specialist works.
• Monitor progress, cost, quality, variations, resources, subcontractor performance, and project risks.
• Lead testing, commissioning, integrated systems testing, documentation, and final handover activities.
• Ensure HSE, QA/QC, authority, and project documentation requirements are met.

In addition to the core duties listed above, the selected candidate will be expected to maintain professional standards, communicate clearly, follow company procedures, and cooperate with internal teams and external stakeholders where applicable. The role requires reliability and consistent follow-through. Candidate Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in mechanical or electrical engineering.
• 10–12 years of overall MEP experience and at least five years in a managerial/project-management role.
• High-rise building project experience.
• Strong knowledge of building services, MEP coordination, testing, and commissioning.
• Experience with Primavera P6 or MS Project and knowledge of UAE authority requirements.
