Job Overview
SEHA Clinics is expanding its clinical workforce across Abu Dhabi and Al Ain and is recruiting for eight healthcare specialties. Key Responsibilities
- Provide patient services consistent with the scope of the assigned professional role.
- Assess patients, conduct relevant diagnostic or therapeutic procedures, or provide specialist support.
- Maintain accurate patient records and clinical documentation.
- Follow healthcare regulations, safety standards, clinical protocols, and organizational policies.
- Communicate clearly with patients, families, and colleagues.
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams and support continuous improvement in patient care.
Requirements
- Hold a DOH Eligibility Letter or a valid DOH, DHA, or MOH licence relevant to the profession.
- Bring appropriate professional training and relevant experience for the selected role.
- Demonstrate strong clinical judgment within professional scope and a commitment to ethical practice.
- Communicate effectively and contribute constructively to a healthcare team.
- Maintain patient confidentiality and accurate records.
- Be prepared to work at the assigned facility in Abu Dhabi or Al Ain.
Qualifications and Skills
Qualification: DOH Eligibility Letter or valid DOH / DHA / MOH License. Experience: Relevant professional experience preferred; varies by role.
Relevant skills include Patient Care, Clinical Documentation, Diagnostics, Rehabilitation, Medical Ethics, Patient Communication, Healthcare Safety, Multidisciplinary Teamwork. Candidates should be ready to explain relevant experience and how they maintain quality and accuracy.
Employment Details
Employment type: Full-time. Company: SEHA Clinics. Location: Abu Dhabi and Al Ain, United Arab Emirates. Compensation: AED 6,000–AED 20,000 per month, estimated.
Available positions include Homecare Occupational Therapist, Sonographer with OB experience, Radiographer (Mammo/CT/Dexa), Cardiovascular Technician / Echocardiographer, Optometrist, Dental Assistant for mobile clinics, Dietitian, and Podiatrist. Estimated pay varies by position from AED 6,000–20,000 per month.
