Open positions: Waiter & Waitress, Bartender, Front Desk Agent, Guest Service Agent, Concierge Bellman, and Demi Chef de Partie.
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver outstanding customer service and create memorable guest experiences
- Perform duties efficiently according to the assigned hospitality role
- Maintain high standards of professionalism, cleanliness, and service quality
- Work collaboratively with team members to achieve operational excellence
- Ensure guest requests and concerns are handled promptly and professionally
- Follow company policies and hospitality service standards at all times
Requirements:
- Previous experience in the relevant hospitality position is preferred
- Qualification in Hospitality, Culinary Arts, or a related field is an advantage
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Positive attitude with a strong customer service mindset
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
- Strong knowledge of hospitality service standards and guest relations, food & beverage operations or front office procedures (role dependent), health, safety, and hygiene practices within the hospitality industry
