VaporVM is growing its IT team in the UAE and is hiring a proactive Network Engineer to keep enterprise network infrastructure secure, fast and reliable.
You’ll configure, monitor and troubleshoot the full network stack — routers, switches, firewalls, VLANs, VPNs, DHCP and DNS — while partnering with internal IT teams and external vendors to resolve issues and strengthen security. Key Responsibilities
- Configure, manage and troubleshoot LAN, WAN, routers, switches and firewall devices
- Monitor network performance, availability and overall system health
- Diagnose and resolve network connectivity and performance issues
- Configure and maintain VLANs, VPNs, DHCP, DNS and TCP/IP services
- Perform routine network maintenance, upgrades and configuration changes
- Implement and monitor network security measures
- Maintain accurate network documentation and configuration records
- Coordinate with internal IT teams and vendors on technical issues
Requirements
- 2–3 years of professional experience in Network Engineering or Administration
- Bachelor’s degree or diploma in IT, Computer Science, Network Engineering or related field
- Hands-on experience with routers, switches and firewall management
- CCNA or equivalent certification is an advantage
Salary: AED 6,000–7,000 per month
