📝 Job Description:
OC Home is expanding its retail footprint and we are hiring Sales Associates / Cashiers who are energetic, customer-focused, and ready to thrive in a dynamic retail environment across the UAE.
✅ Key Requirements:
- Minimum 2 years of experience in retail sales or cashiering
- Proficiency in Arabic is required (Native speakers preferred)
- Strong interpersonal and customer service skills
- Willingness to relocate within the UAE based on store needs
- Comfortable with rotational shift work, including weekends and holidays
💼 Responsibilities:
- Greet and assist customers with enthusiasm and professionalism
- Manage POS transactions efficiently and accurately
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the store
- Achieve sales targets and provide product knowledge to customers
- Ensure a positive shopping experience for every customer
