Job Overview
The role focuses on growing digital revenue and strengthening commercial partnerships across e-commerce marketplaces and delivery platforms in Saudi Arabia. The successful candidate will translate sales objectives into practical channel plans, identify opportunities to improve conversion and order value, and coordinate promotional activity with internal teams. A commercially minded approach, confidence with data, and strong relationship management skills will be important. The role requires professional communication, teamwork, and consistent attention to quality, safety, and deadlines.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement online sales plans to increase revenue, market share, and customer reach.
- Manage relationships with marketplaces, delivery applications, and commercial partners.
- Negotiate pricing, promotional campaigns, commercial terms, and partnership agreements.
- Improve product listings, digital merchandising, visibility, and campaign execution.
- Review sales trends, forecasts, profitability, conversion rates, and average order value.
- Coordinate with marketing, operations, finance, and supply chain teams.
Requirements and Skills
- Experience in e-commerce, online sales, or key account management.
- Understanding of Saudi online marketplaces and delivery platforms.
- FMCG, food, retail, or F&B experience is an advantage.
- Strong negotiation, communication, analytical, and stakeholder management skills.
- Comfortable using Excel, dashboards, and sales reporting tools.
