Job Overview
FounderX is seeking a proactive Operations Executive to support its business setup and corporate services activities in Dubai. This full-time role is suitable for a well-organized professional who understands UAE company formation, licensing, and Free Zone procedures. The estimated monthly salary is AED 5,000–7,500.
The position involves coordinating documentation and helping clients move through the business setup process efficiently. At least one year of relevant experience is required, and candidates who can join immediately will be preferred. Applicants of all nationalities are welcome.
Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate day-to-day business setup operations and related administrative processes.
- Manage documentation for company formation, licensing, and Free Zone applications.
- Guide clients through required steps and provide updates to support timely service delivery.
- Liaise with Free Zone authorities and relevant government entities when required.
- Maintain accurate client files, status trackers, records, and operational documents.
- Follow internal procedures and help ensure activities align with applicable UAE business requirements.
- Coordinate with colleagues to resolve document gaps and keep cases moving efficiently.
Requirements and Qualifications
- A bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, Commerce, or a related field.
- At least one year of experience in business setup operations.
- Experience working with UAE Free Zones is mandatory.
- A good understanding of company formation, licensing, and regulatory paperwork.
- Immediate availability is preferred; candidates must be able to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced setting.
Key Skills
Strong organization, communication, client service, and problem-solving skills are important. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, responsive, and comfortable handling several applications at different stages. Familiarity with operational coordination, document follow-up, and client relationship management will support consistent service and reliable turnaround times.
