A fast-growing fashion retail company in Dubai is looking for an experienced Operations Manager to oversee daily operations across its existing showrooms while leading the successful launch of new retail stores. Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee daily operations across multiple fashion retail showrooms in Dubai
- Drive sales performance, customer satisfaction, and operational efficiency
- Plan, coordinate, and manage new store openings and retail expansion projects
- Supervise store teams and ensure high standards of performance
- Manage inventory flow and maintain visual merchandising standards
- Monitor operational processes and implement continuous improvements
Requirements:
- 8-12 years as a Retail Operations Manager in fashion retail
- Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Retail Management, or a related field
- Proven experience managing multiple retail store locations
- Experience leading new store launches and retail expansion projects
- Currently working in Dubai
- Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving abilities
