Key Responsibilities:
- Welcome patients and provide a professional front desk experience
- Schedule appointments and coordinate patient visits efficiently
- Assist with patient inquiries while promoting clinic services and treatment plans
- Maintain accurate patient records and ensure smooth daily reception operations
- Deliver outstanding customer service while achieving sales and conversion objectives
Requirements:
- Previous experience in a clinic, healthcare, or aesthetic industry preferred
- Strong sales and conversion skills essential
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
- Professional appearance with outstanding customer service skills
- Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
- Strong knowledge of patient coordination and appointment scheduling, customer service and sales techniques, Microsoft Office and clinic management systems
