Payroll Accountant is an opportunity with Confidential in Dubai, United Arab Emirates. This Full Time position is suited to professionals who can apply relevant knowledge, communicate effectively, manage priorities, and maintain high standards in a professional working environment. The successful candidate will contribute to the organization’s day-to-day performance and help deliver reliable results within the assigned function.
The role requires Good payroll and accounting experience together with Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting, Finance, Commerce, or related field. Candidates should demonstrate practical capability, attention to detail, accountability, teamwork, and the ability to work independently when required. Where applicable, local UAE or GCC experience, market knowledge, professional licensing, language ability, or specialist systems knowledge will be important.
Key Responsibilities
- Process monthly payroll.
- Calculate salary, overtime, deductions, leave and settlements.
- Ensure UAE WPS compliance.
- Maintain confidential payroll records.
- Prepare payroll reports.
- Coordinate with HR and finance.
- Use payroll software and Excel.
Candidate Requirements
- Good payroll and accounting experience.
- Strong salary calculation knowledge.
- UAE WPS and payroll practice knowledge.
- UAE Labour Law payroll understanding.
- Excel and payroll software proficiency.
- High accuracy and confidentiality.
- UAE payroll experience preferred.
- Immediate joiners preferred.
Compensation
The advertised compensation is AED 5,500 – 8,500 per month (Estimated). Candidates should be prepared to demonstrate relevant experience, technical knowledge, and measurable results during the selection process.
