Job Description
Xperts Plus is seeking a detail-oriented and organized Payroll Accountant to join its finance and HR team in Dubai. This role is ideal for professionals with strong payroll processing expertise, a solid understanding of compensation administration, and experience handling employee payroll data with accuracy and confidentiality.
The successful candidate will be responsible for managing the complete payroll cycle for outsourced employees and contractors across multiple client locations in the UAE. This position offers the opportunity to work in a dynamic environment where finance and human resources functions collaborate to ensure accurate payroll processing and exceptional employee support.
Key Responsibilities
Payroll Processing
- Manage the end-to-end payroll process for outsourced employees and contractors
- Calculate salaries, deductions, overtime, allowances, and benefits accurately
- Ensure timely payroll processing according to established schedules
- Verify payroll inputs and maintain payroll accuracy
Payroll Administration
- Maintain employee payroll records and compensation data
- Update payroll information related to new hires, resignations, promotions, and salary changes
- Ensure confidentiality of employee payroll information
- Maintain organized payroll documentation and records
Coordination & Employee Data Management
- Coordinate with HR and operations teams regarding attendance, leave records, and payroll updates
- Review timesheets and attendance data for payroll processing
- Resolve payroll-related discrepancies and employee inquiries promptly
- Support employee compensation administration activities
Reporting & Reconciliation
- Prepare payroll-related reports and management summaries
- Assist with payroll reconciliations and financial reporting requirements
- Support month-end payroll accounting activities
- Ensure payroll records align with accounting and financial data
Compliance & Audit Support
- Ensure compliance with company payroll policies and UAE regulations
- Support payroll audits and provide required documentation
- Maintain accurate records for compliance and reporting purposes
- Assist in implementing payroll process improvements when required
Requirements
Educational Qualification
- Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting, Finance, Commerce, or a related field
Professional Experience
- Experience in payroll accounting or payroll administration is required
- Experience handling large employee payroll volumes is preferred
- Outsourcing industry experience is considered an advantage
