Physiotherapist

A well-established healthcare organisation in Dubai is seeking a compassionate, skilled, and patient-centred Physiotherapist to join its growing clinical team. This role is ideal for physiotherapy professionals with current UAE work experience who are passionate about helping patients recover, regain mobility, and improve their overall quality of life through evidence-based rehabilitation care.

Working within a supportive multidisciplinary environment, you’ll assess and treat a diverse patient population with musculoskeletal, neurological, and post-operative conditions, delivering personalised treatment plans that are grounded in clinical best practice. Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct thorough patient assessments to accurately diagnose physical conditions, functional limitations, and rehabilitation needs.
• Develop, implement, and regularly review individualised physiotherapy treatment plans tailored to each patient’s clinical goals and progress.
• Deliver a range of evidence-based physiotherapy interventions including manual therapy, therapeutic exercise, electrotherapy, hydrotherapy, and pain management techniques.
• Monitor patient response to treatment, track progress against rehabilitation goals, and modify treatment plans as clinically appropriate.
• Collaborate effectively with physicians, orthopaedic surgeons, occupational therapists, and other allied health professionals to ensure seamless, holistic patient care.
• Educate patients and their caregivers on home exercise programmes, injury prevention strategies, and long-term recovery management.
• Maintain accurate, timely, and detailed clinical documentation including patient notes, treatment records, and outcome measures.
• Uphold professional, ethical, and clinical standards in accordance with DHA guidelines and the organisation’s quality protocols.

Requirements & Skills:

• Valid DHA Licence (or DHA eligibility letter) is mandatory — candidates without DHA licensure will not be considered.
• UAE work experience is required; candidates currently based in the UAE are preferred.
• Bachelor’s degree in Physiotherapy from a recognised institution.
• Strong clinical competence across musculoskeletal, neurological, and post-surgical rehabilitation.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills — able to build trust and rapport with patients from diverse cultural backgrounds.
• Ability to manage a varied patient caseload efficiently within a busy clinical setting.
• Immediate joiner status is strongly preferred.
