Job Overview
A technology team in Abu Dhabi is seeking an experienced Platform Tech Lead to guide the design, development, integration, and delivery of enterprise digital platforms. The position is suited to a senior IT professional with strong hands-on .NET expertise, Sitecore CMS experience, and a record of leading technical teams. The estimated monthly salary is AED 30,000–40,000. Candidates must be able to join immediately or have an official notice period of no more than 30 days.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead technical teams through platform design, application development, integration, testing, and delivery.
- Develop, maintain, and improve applications built with the .NET Framework and .NET Core.
- Support Sitecore CMS implementations, configuration, and integration with connected systems.
- Conduct code reviews, provide technical guidance, and promote maintainable, secure development practices.
- Work with business stakeholders, project managers, and delivery teams to clarify requirements and align technical work with business objectives.
- Help plan delivery activities, manage technical dependencies, and address risks that could affect timelines.
- Participate in Agile/Scrum ceremonies and support iterative delivery and continuous improvement.
- Resolve complex technical issues and encourage consistent engineering standards across the team.
Requirements and Qualifications
- At least 10 years of overall IT experience.
- Strong practical knowledge of .NET Framework and .NET Core.
- Demonstrated experience with Sitecore CMS and system integrations.
- Previous responsibility for technical leadership, code reviews, and guiding developers.
- Experience coordinating project delivery and communicating with stakeholders.
- Working knowledge of Agile/Scrum methods and software delivery practices.
- Availability to join immediately or within an official notice period of 15–30 days, with 30 days as the maximum.

The successful candidate should balance hands-on development with delivery oversight and communicate clearly across technical and non-technical groups. This is a full-time role based in Abu Dhabi.
