Three Line Shipping is looking for a sharp, analytical Pricing Executive to join its Dubai team. If you’ve worked in freight forwarding and know how to put together a competitive quotation across air, sea, and road, this role puts you right at the center of the business’s growth strategy.
You’ll be sourcing and negotiating freight rates, preparing quotations, and working closely with Sales, Operations, Customs, and Finance to deliver complete logistics solutions to clients. Strong analytical skills and comfort with tight deadlines are a must.
Key Responsibilities
- Sourcing and negotiating competitive freight rates with carriers and logistics partners
- Preparing accurate, competitive quotations for air, sea, and road freight
- Managing pricing for FCL, LCL, FTL, LTL, cross-border, and multimodal shipments
- Responding to spot inquiries, RFQs, and tenders within tight deadlines
- Reviewing freight costs, surcharges, transit times, and rate validity before quoting
- Coordinating with Sales, Operations, Customs, and Finance teams
- Maintaining pricing databases, vendor tariffs, and rate sheets
- Monitoring market trends, trade lanes, and quotation success rates
- Building strong relationships with logistics partners and carriers
What You Need
- 1-2 years of pricing experience in freight forwarding or logistics
- Strong knowledge of export pricing for air, sea, and road freight
- Understanding of Incoterms, customs procedures, and GCC cross-border logistics
- Knowledge of UAE and GCC freight markets is highly preferred
- Strong negotiation, analytical, and cost calculation skills
Estimated salary: AED 5,500 – AED 7,500 per month.
