A leading Dubai organization is hiring a Procurement Assistant to support purchasing activities within the catering and food & beverage sector. The role focuses on supplier coordination, quotations, purchasing documentation, inventory support, and timely availability of required items.
Key Responsibilities
- Support daily procurement and purchasing activities.
- Coordinate with suppliers on quotations, prices, availability, and order requirements.
- Assist with supplier management and maintain procurement records.
- Coordinate with internal departments to ensure timely material availability.
- Support inventory and stock-related activities.
- Maintain accurate purchasing documentation and transaction records.
Requirements
- 3+ years of procurement experience.
- Catering or F&B procurement experience is highly preferred.
- Good knowledge of purchasing, supplier coordination, quotations, and inventory.
- Strong communication and organizational skills.
- UAE experience is preferred.
