Evercool Electromechanical LLC
Evercool Electromechanical LLC is seeking a Procurement Executive with UAE HVAC/MEP project procurement experience. The successful candidate will manage purchasing activities, supplier coordination, commercial negotiations, and material deliveries to keep projects on schedule.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage the complete procurement cycle for HVAC and MEP projects.
- Source materials, equipment, and subcontractors from suitable local suppliers.
- Obtain and compare quotations and negotiate commercial terms.
- Prepare purchase orders and follow up on supplier deliveries and commitments.
- Coordinate with project, engineering, stores, and accounts teams.
- Maintain supplier records and monitor material availability and lead times.
Requirements:
- 2–3 years of HVAC/MEP procurement experience.
- UAE project procurement experience preferred.
- Good knowledge of HVAC and MEP materials and supplier networks.
- Strong negotiation, communication, coordination, and follow-up skills.
- Good Microsoft Office and Excel skills.
- UAE driving licence is an advantage.
