Procurement Executive

Evercool Electromechanical LLC is seeking a Procurement Executive with UAE HVAC/MEP project procurement experience. The successful candidate will manage purchasing activities, supplier coordination, commercial negotiations, and material deliveries to keep projects on schedule.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage the complete procurement cycle for HVAC and MEP projects.
• Source materials, equipment, and subcontractors from suitable local suppliers.
• Obtain and compare quotations and negotiate commercial terms.
• Prepare purchase orders and follow up on supplier deliveries and commitments.
• Coordinate with project, engineering, stores, and accounts teams.
• Maintain supplier records and monitor material availability and lead times.

Requirements:

• 2–3 years of HVAC/MEP procurement experience.
• UAE project procurement experience preferred.
• Good knowledge of HVAC and MEP materials and supplier networks.
• Strong negotiation, communication, coordination, and follow-up skills.
• Good Microsoft Office and Excel skills.
• UAE driving licence is an advantage.
