Procurement Manager opportunity in Dubai, United Arab Emirates within the shipping, oil & gas, energy and terminal operations sector. Key Responsibilities
- Lead procurement planning and review purchase requests.
- manage sourcing, bid evaluations, supplier negotiations and purchase orders.
- build supplier relationships and assess performance.
- coordinate approvals and payment processing with Finance.
- monitor budgets and savings opportunities.
- develop procurement procedures, dashboards and audit-ready records..
Requirements and Skills
- 10+ years procurement and 3+ years management.
- shipping, oil & gas, petrochemical or terminal experience preferred.
- knowledge of equipment, spare parts, HSSE and local-content rules.
- ERP experience such as SAP, Oracle or Dynamics 365..
