Procurement Officer

ATG Interiors is growing its Fit-Out team in Dubai and is looking for a sharp, experienced Procurement Officer who knows how to keep a full turnkey interior fit-out project supplied and on schedule — particularly within restaurant, café, and F&B projects.

You’ll own procurement end to end: sourcing suppliers, negotiating terms, comparing quotations, and making sure everything from joinery to kitchen equipment arrives exactly when the project needs it.

What you’ll be doing:

• Managing procurement activities for full turnkey interior fit-out projects.
• Sourcing, evaluating, and negotiating with suppliers and subcontractors.
• Handling procurement of Civil, MEP, Joinery, Kitchen Equipment, Furniture, Fixtures, and Finishes.
• Preparing RFQs, comparing quotations, issuing Purchase Orders, and tracking deliveries.
• Coordinating closely with Project Managers, Engineers, QS, and site teams.
• Making sure materials land on time, every time, according to project requirements.

What you’ll bring:

• Proven experience procuring for full turnkey interior fit-out projects.
• Solid track record with Restaurant, Café, and F&B projects specifically.
• Strong knowledge of UAE suppliers and the local fit-out market.
• UAE fit-out experience — highly preferred.
• Sharp negotiation, communication, and organizational skills.
• The ability to juggle multiple projects at once without losing your footing.

Salary: approx. AED 8,000 – 12,000 (estimated), based on experience.
