Procurement Specialist is a full-time opportunity based in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia within the Procurement / Supply Chain / Logistics sector. The successful candidate will play an important role in manage daily purchasing activities and process approved procurement requests, while also helping the team source and evaluate suppliers based on quality, price, availability, and delivery performance.

- Qualification: Bachelor’s Degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, Procurement, Logistics, or a related field preferred
- Salary: SAR 7,000–11,000 per month (Estimated)
Key Responsibilities
- Manage daily purchasing activities and process approved procurement requests.
- Source and evaluate suppliers based on quality, price, availability, and delivery performance.
- Prepare RFQs, obtain quotations, and complete commercial comparisons.
- Negotiate pricing, payment terms, delivery schedules, and other purchasing conditions.
- Prepare and monitor purchase orders through fulfillment.
- Maintain supplier relationships and identify alternative sourcing opportunities.
- Coordinate procurement activities with finance, operations, warehouse, and requesting teams.
- Maintain accurate supplier, quotation, purchase order, and procurement records.
Requirements
- Practical experience in procurement, purchasing, or supply chain operations.
- Strong supplier sourcing, evaluation, negotiation, and follow-up skills.
- Knowledge of the full procurement cycle from requisition through delivery.
- ERP/procurement-system and Microsoft Excel experience is advantageous.
- Strong commercial awareness, organization, communication, and problem-solving skills.
