Project Manager

Unitek General Contracting LLC is seeking an experienced Project Manager to manage commercial construction projects in Abu Dhabi from planning through completion.

• Lead project planning, execution, coordination, and close-out.
• Manage schedules, budgets, resources, quality, safety, and delivery milestones.
• Coordinate clients, consultants, subcontractors, suppliers, and internal teams.
• Monitor progress and resolve technical, operational, and coordination issues.
• Ensure compliance with specifications, project standards, and safety requirements.
• Prepare progress reports and communicate project status to stakeholders.

Requirements: Minimum 8 years of relevant UAE experience; strong commercial construction background preferred; fit-out or facility-management experience is an advantage; Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management or related field preferred; valid UAE driving licence mandatory; strong leadership and coordination skills.
