Qualification: Bachelor’s Degree or Diploma in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, Tourism, Real Estate, or a related field
Salary: AED 6,000–9,000 per month (Estimated)

Key Responsibilities

• Manage guest check-ins and check-outs and support a strong guest experience.
• Monitor housekeeping schedules and property readiness.
• Coordinate maintenance requests and repair follow-ups.
• Conduct routine property inspections.
• Coordinate with cleaners, maintenance teams, vendors, and guests.
• Respond to guest inquiries and resolve operational issues.
• Ensure properties are maintained and ready for occupancy.
• Oversee multiple properties while maintaining service standards.

Requirements

• Experience with Airbnb, short-term rentals, or holiday homes.
• Strong communication and customer service skills.
• Excellent coordination, organization, and problem solving.
• Hands-on approach and attention to detail.
• Ability to manage multiple properties and prioritize tasks.
• Dubai holiday-home experience is a strong advantage.
• Knowledge of holiday-home operations, guest relations, inspections, housekeeping, and maintenance coordination.
