Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise the daily operations and maintenance of multiple properties
- Coordinate with landlords, tenants, and service providers to resolve property-related matters
- Ensure properties are well-maintained and managed efficiently
- Maintain accurate records and provide regular updates when required
Requirements:
- Proven experience in the Dubai real estate industry
- Strong property management experience
- Excellent communication and organizational skills
- Knowledge of UAE real estate regulations is an advantage
