Public Relations Officer (PRO)

Job Overview: Maylaa International is hiring a Public Relations Officer to manage government relations, employee documentation and regulatory processes in the UAE. Key Responsibilities:

• Process employee visa applications, renewals, cancellations and related government transactions.
• Coordinate medical fitness appointments, Emirates ID procedures and supporting documents.
• Liaise with relevant UAE government authorities and follow up on applications and approvals.
• Maintain organized employee records and monitor document and renewal deadlines.
• Support workforce administration by coordinating information between HR, employees and authorities.
• Ensure government-related activities are completed accurately and in line with applicable procedures.

Requirements:

• 2–3 years of UAE experience in PRO or government relations.
• Fluent Arabic is mandatory.
• Experience handling multiple employee files and a large workforce.
• Knowledge of UAE labour, immigration, MOHRE, ICP and GDRFA procedures.
• Understanding of Emirates ID and work-permit processes.
• Strong communication, coordination and time-management skills.
• UAE driving licence is an advantage.

Candidate Profile: The successful candidate should be dependable, detail-oriented and able to work professionally with colleagues, managers, customers or other stakeholders. Strong communication, organization and follow-through will be important, together with the ability to manage priorities and complete assigned responsibilities accurately.
