Public Relations Officer (PRO) opportunity in Dubai, United Arab Emirates within the ship management and maritime services sector. The position focuses on process employment visas, emirates id applications and medical procedures The role also requires sound judgement, attention to detail and a collaborative approach when working with internal teams, clients, suppliers or other stakeholders. Key Responsibilities
- Process employment visas, Emirates ID applications and medical procedures.
- coordinate MOHRE and immigration submissions.
- manage trade licence renewals, permits and company documentation.
- arrange vehicle registrations and attestations.
- track expiry dates.
- liaise with government departments and maintain compliance records..
Requirements and Skills
- UAE PRO experience.
- knowledge of immigration, MOHRE and labour procedures.
- fluent Arabic and English.
- valid UAE driving licence.
- strong organization and immediate availability..
