Public Relations Officer (PRO)

KTI is looking for an experienced Public Relations Officer (PRO) to join its team in Abu Dhabi. If you’ve built deep experience liaising with UAE government departments and can manage regulatory processes smoothly, this role is a strong fit — especially if you’ve worked Oil & Gas projects like ADNOC or TIC.

You’ll handle government-related documentation, visa and immigration services, and licensing requirements, keeping the company fully compliant with UAE regulations at every step.

What you’ll be doing

• Managing government relations and ensuring compliance with UAE regulatory requirements
• Handling visa, immigration, labour, and licensing processes with relevant authorities
• Coordinating documentation with MOHRE, ICP, GDRFA, Civil Defense, DED, and other regulatory bodies
• Processing CICPA passes, trade licence renewals, labour camp approvals, and customs clearance documentation
• Maintaining accurate records and ensuring timely completion of government procedures
• Supporting company operations by keeping legal and regulatory documentation current

What you’ll bring

• At least 5 years of UAE experience as a Public Relations Officer (PRO)
• Oil & Gas industry experience, ideally with ADNOC or TIC project exposure
• Strong knowledge of UAE visa and immigration procedures, MOHRE, ICP, GDRFA, Civil Defense, and DED regulations
• Familiarity with CICPA pass processing, trade licence renewals, and customs clearance
• Excellent communication skills (Arabic is an advantage)
• A UAE Driving License is preferred; immediate joiners will be given preference
• A Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Public Administration, Human Resources, or a related field
