We are seeking a QA/QC Manager to oversee quality assurance and quality control processes for our projects in Dubai. The successful candidate will ensure all work meets industry standards and client specifications.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement quality management systems
- Oversee inspection and testing procedures
- Ensure compliance with international quality standards
- Lead quality audits and corrective action processes
- Train and mentor QA/QC team members
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or related field
- Minimum 8 years of experience in QA/QC management
- Strong knowledge of ISO standards and quality systems
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
- Strong leadership and communication abilities
