Position: Senior Accountant

Role Overview
Qlabs Clinical Laboratory is hiring a Senior Accountant with a mandatory healthcare background. Candidates with clinical laboratory or diagnostic center experience will be strongly preferred.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee daily accounting operations and month-end/year-end closures
- Prepare financial statements, MIS, and management reports
- Ensure compliance with UAE VAT and healthcare financial regulations
- Manage audits, reconciliations, and internal controls
- Monitor budgets, cash flow, and financial forecasts
- Coordinate with auditors, banks, and internal stakeholders
- Provide financial analysis and strategic insights to leadership
Candidate Requirements
- 3–5 years accounting experience in the healthcare sector (mandatory)
- Clinical laboratory/diagnostic center experience strongly preferred
- Strong knowledge of UAE VAT and statutory compliance
- Proficiency in accounting software and advanced MS Excel
- Excellent analytical, communication, and leadership skills
