A growing organization in Dubai is looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Quantity Surveyor to join its project team.
Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare quantity take-offs, Bills of Quantities (BOQs), and detailed cost estimates
- Evaluate contractor quotations, variations, and pricing submissions
- Monitor project costs and prepare regular cost control reports
- Review interim payment applications and prepare final accounts
- Coordinate with project teams to ensure cost-effective project delivery
- Assist with contract administration and procurement activities
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Quantity Surveying, Civil Engineering, or a related field
- 3–4 years of relevant UAE experience
- Strong knowledge of UAE construction practices and contract procedures
- Proficiency in MS Excel and AutoCAD
- Experience with Planswift, CostX, Candy, or similar QS software is an advantage
- Immediate joiners preferred
