GuideX Properties LLC is expanding its Dubai sales team and looking for motivated Real Estate Consultants / Sales Executives — whether you already have real estate or sales experience, or you’re an ambitious go-getter ready to break into Dubai’s property market. There’s an established lead pipeline, ongoing training, and clear room to grow.
You’ll manage client relationships from first contact through closing, guiding buyers and renters through the process while staying sharp on Dubai’s ever-moving property market.
What you’ll be doing
- Managing customer leads from first contact through successful conversion
- Conducting property viewings and professional client consultations
- Guiding clients through property buying and rental processes
- Staying current on Dubai real estate trends and community developments
- Hitting sales targets and performance goals consistently
- Building strong client relationships through great service and communication
What you’ll bring
- Strong communication and negotiation skills
- Prior sales or real estate experience is a plus — but candidates with strong potential and no direct experience will also be considered
- Knowledge of the Dubai property market is an advantage
- A professional, client-focused approach
Industry: Real Estate | Salary: Basic up to AED 4,000 + Commission up to 40%
