About the Role
MVP Real Estate is seeking ambitious Real Estate Sales Agents to join its Dubai sales team. The position is designed for professionals with Dubai real estate exposure who can manage leads, understand client requirements, present suitable properties, and build relationships while working toward sales targets. The position is performance-oriented and centred on client relationships, lead follow-up, property presentations, and transaction support. Strong market awareness and consistent follow-through will be important for converting opportunities into completed sales.

Key Responsibilities
- Follow up with qualified property leads and understand each client’s requirements and investment objectives.
- Recommend suitable Dubai properties based on client budgets, preferences, and goals.
- Conduct property presentations and viewings and communicate project information professionally.
- Build relationships with buyers, sellers, landlords, investors, and other stakeholders.
- Negotiate offers and support clients through the property transaction process.
- Maintain consistent follow-ups and manage the sales pipeline effectively.
- Stay informed about Dubai communities, launches, market trends, and investment opportunities.
- Coordinate with sales, marketing, and administration teams to support smooth transactions.
Requirements and Skills
- Minimum three months of Dubai real estate experience.
- Strong communication and negotiation skills.
- Target-driven, confident, self-motivated, and commercially minded.
- Ability to build and maintain client relationships.
- Comfortable working independently while contributing to a team.
- Professional presentation and customer-handling skills.
- Good understanding of Dubai property sales and client follow-up.
