Salary: AED 3,000–5,000 Retainer + Attractive Commission (Estimated)

Key Responsibilities

• Communicate with buyers and investors through calls, WhatsApp, and meetings.
• Understand client requirements, budgets, and investment objectives.
• Present residential and investment property opportunities.
• Follow up with prospects and build client relationships.
• Arrange property viewings and appointments.
• Negotiate deals and assist through the purchase process.
• Maintain lead and customer information in the CRM.
• Work toward individual and team sales targets.

Requirements

• 6+ months of real estate sales experience.
• Strong communication, sales, and negotiation skills.
• Confident, self-motivated, target-driven approach.
• Good spoken English; additional languages are an advantage.
• UAE-based candidates are preferred.
• Knowledge of property sales, investment, CRM, lead management, and negotiations.
