Qualification: Bachelor’s Degree or Diploma in Business Administration, Marketing, Sales, Real Estate, or a related field
Salary: AED 3,000–5,000 Retainer + Attractive Commission (Estimated)
Key Responsibilities
- Communicate with buyers and investors through calls, WhatsApp, and meetings.
- Understand client requirements, budgets, and investment objectives.
- Present residential and investment property opportunities.
- Follow up with prospects and build client relationships.
- Arrange property viewings and appointments.
- Negotiate deals and assist through the purchase process.
- Maintain lead and customer information in the CRM.
- Work toward individual and team sales targets.
Requirements
- 6+ months of real estate sales experience.
- Strong communication, sales, and negotiation skills.
- Confident, self-motivated, target-driven approach.
- Good spoken English; additional languages are an advantage.
- UAE-based candidates are preferred.
- Knowledge of property sales, investment, CRM, lead management, and negotiations.
