Receptionist

Street Maniax – Adventure & Trampoline Park is looking for an enthusiastic, guest-focused Receptionist to be the welcoming first face of its Dubai venue.

You’ll handle check-ins, ticket sales, bookings, and upselling, while keeping the reception area inviting and making sure every guest has an amazing experience from the moment they walk in. A positive, energetic personality is essential — hospitality or entertainment experience is a bonus.

What you’ll do:

• Welcome guests warmly and provide outstanding customer service throughout their visit
• Manage check-ins, reservations, and ticket sales accurately and efficiently
• Promote and upsell party packages, memberships, café items, and extended play options
• Respond to guest inquiries in person, by phone, and via online channels
• Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming reception area
• Coordinate with operations, café, and party teams for a seamless guest experience
• Handle cash and support end-of-day reconciliation procedures
