LEVA Hotel Mazaya Centre, a 4-star lifestyle hotel in Dubai, is looking for a Russian-speaking Receptionist to join its front-of-house team. If you enjoy people, thrive on a positive first impression and want to grow within hospitality, this could be a great fit.
You’ll be the face of the hotel for arriving and departing guests, handling everything from check-in to general inquiries with a warm, professional touch — while working alongside a friendly, close-knit team.
What you’ll be doing:
- Welcoming guests and providing professional front desk service
- Managing check-ins, check-outs and general guest inquiries
- Maintaining high customer service standards throughout every interaction
- Coordinating with other hotel departments for a seamless guest experience
- Handling reservations, guest records and front office documentation
What we’re looking for:
- Fluent Russian speaker with strong communication skills
- Hospitality experience is an advantage, not a requirement
- Friendly, people-first personality
- Comfortable in a fast-paced hotel setting
Estimated salary: AED 4,000–6,000 per month.
