Play Create Eat is looking for a warm, energetic Receptionist / Sales Support to be the first face guests see at its Cityland Mall location in Dubai. If you love people, thrive in a lively environment, and have a knack for turning inquiries into bookings, this role blends front-desk hospitality with real sales impact.
You’ll manage the front desk, handle guest inquiries and reservations, and support the wider sales effort to help the venue hit its targets. Previous experience in the family entertainment space is a big plus, and a genuine passion for great customer experiences is a must.
What you’ll be doing
- Welcoming guests and providing professional front desk support
- Handling customer inquiries, bookings, and reservations
- Supporting sales activities and helping the team hit business targets
- Maintaining accurate customer records and booking information
- Delivering excellent customer service and ensuring guest satisfaction
- Assisting with daily front office and operational tasks
What we’re looking for
- At least 2 years’ experience in the Family Entertainment Center industry
- A strong sales background (mandatory)
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- A confident, organised, customer-focused personality
- Ability to juggle multiple tasks in a fast-paced setting
Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Business, Sales, or Hospitality preferred. Estimated salary: AED 4,000–6,000/month + incentives.
