Links UAE is looking for a results-driven Recruitment Specialist who’s comfortable with high-volume agency hiring and thrives under deadline pressure.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage end-to-end recruitment for a range of white-collar roles
- Source, screen and shortlist candidates across multiple channels
- Run interviews and coordinate with hiring managers and clients
- Handle bulk hiring assignments efficiently
- Build strong relationships with clients and candidates
- Close open roles on time in a fast-paced environment
What We’re Looking For:
- 2-3 years of agency recruitment experience
- Proven bulk hiring experience, especially white-collar roles
- Strong sourcing, screening and stakeholder management skills
- Comfortable in a target-driven, high-pressure environment
- Excellent communication skills
- Immediate joiners preferred
