The hiring organization is seeking a capable and motivated Registered Nurse – Medical-Surgical Ward to join its team in Al Ain, United Arab Emirates. The position sits within the Healthcare function and requires Experience in a Medical-Surgical Ward. Candidates should hold relevant nursing qualification. The indicated compensation is AED 10,000–12,000. The successful applicant will be expected to work collaboratively, manage assigned responsibilities efficiently, maintain professional standards, and respond positively to changing business requirements.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide safe, compassionate and evidence-based nursing care to medical-surgical patients.
- Assess patient conditions, administer prescribed medications and monitor clinical changes.
- Maintain complete and accurate nursing notes, treatment records and patient documentation.
- Coordinate with physicians and multidisciplinary teams regarding treatment and patient progress.
- Follow infection prevention, patient safety and hospital clinical procedures at all times.

- Valid DoH license or DoH eligibility.
- Relevant nursing qualification and medical-surgical ward experience.
- Strong patient assessment, medication administration and documentation skills.
