Restaurant Manager

A prestigious fine-dining restaurant in Downtown Dubai is seeking an experienced Restaurant Manager to oversee daily operations, lead the hospitality team, maintain service standards, and support sales and profitability.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee daily restaurant operations.
• Lead, supervise, and motivate the restaurant team.
• Maintain high standards of food quality and guest service.
• Monitor sales, costs, and restaurant profitability.
• Ensure compliance with operating policies and service standards.
• Coordinate teams to maintain efficient operations and customer satisfaction.

Requirements

• 4–5+ years of restaurant-management experience, preferably fine dining or luxury hospitality.
• Previous experience managing an alcohol-serving restaurant is mandatory.
• Strong leadership and team-management skills.
• Good knowledge of food and beverage operations, including wine and spirits.
• Strong sales, cost-control, and operational knowledge.
• Excellent English communication; Arabic is an advantage.
• UAE-based candidates are preferred.
