KC Collective is recruiting a Restaurant Manager for a premium restaurant in Dubai with an expected October 2026 start. The role is designed for an experienced hospitality professional who can lead front-of-house operations, maintain luxury service standards, develop teams, and support a successful restaurant launch.
Key Responsibilities:
- Take ownership of daily restaurant operations and floor performance.
- Lead, motivate, schedule, and develop the front-of-house team.
- Maintain high service standards and exceptional guest experiences.
- Build relationships with VIPs, regular guests, and key clientele.
- Handle guest feedback and resolve service issues professionally.
- Support recruitment, onboarding, training, cost control, and KPI management.
- Coordinate closely with kitchen, bar, and senior management teams.
Requirements:
- Proven Restaurant Manager experience in high-end hospitality.
- Strong luxury/premium standalone restaurant background.
- Previous Dubai/UAE experience.
- Pre-opening or new-restaurant experience is highly desirable.
- Strong guest-relations, leadership, operational, and cost-control skills.
- Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities.
