A brand-new restaurant outlet in Dubai is looking for an experienced Restaurant Supervisor to run daily operations and keep service standards consistently high from day one. If you’re comfortable managing a busy mall-based restaurant, this one’s for you.

- Supervising day-to-day restaurant operations and keeping service smooth
- Leading, motivating and training staff to maintain strong performance
- Monitoring service quality, cleanliness and guest satisfaction
- Handling operational challenges and resolving customer concerns professionally

- Strong experience in F&B and restaurant operations
- Previous mall-environment experience
- Experience running busy, high-volume restaurants
- Strong team management and training skills
- Ability to maintain high service, cleanliness and guest-experience standards
- Strong leadership, communication and problem-solving skills
