A leading global technology brand is seeking a Retail Merchandiser / Visual Merchandiser to support retail execution across the UAE. The role is suited to an energetic field professional who can maintain consistent product presentation, check brand visibility, coordinate with retail partners, and share accurate observations from assigned stores.
Job Overview
The merchandiser will visit retail locations, review point-of-sale materials and displays, and help ensure that products are represented according to the brand’s standards. This is a field-based position that involves travel between sites and regular reporting on store conditions and competitor activity. This is a full-time position based in Multiple locations, United Arab Emirates. Advertised compensation: AED 5,000–7,500 per month (estimated). Candidates should confirm final terms and any role-specific arrangements with the employer.
Key Responsibilities
- Visit assigned retail stores on schedule and check product placement and overall brand visibility.
- Review point-of-sale materials, display tables, digital screens, and promotional assets.
- Coordinate with retail contacts to resolve merchandising issues and maintain agreed presentation standards.
- Conduct retail audits and monitor competitor displays, promotions, and in-store activity.
- Prepare visit reports, record observations, and track performance across assigned locations.
- Travel between retail sites across the UAE and communicate findings to the relevant team.
Requirements and Qualifications
- Experience in retail merchandising, visual merchandising, brand activation, or retail auditing is expected.
- Consumer electronics, laptop, IT, or technology retail experience is preferred.
- A valid UAE driving licence and own vehicle are mandatory.
- Willingness to travel between assigned retail locations within the UAE.
- Knowledge of retail execution, brand visibility, retail audits, and competitor analysis.
- Working knowledge of Microsoft Excel, reporting, and retail performance monitoring.
