Emirates Extrusion Factory LLC is hiring a Sales Coordinator to support sales operations in Dubai. The role covers customer coordination, quotations, order processing, documentation, order tracking and communication between Sales, Production, Dispatch and Accounts.
Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate daily sales activities and process customer orders.
- Prepare quotations and follow up with customers on requirements and updates.
- Coordinate with Production and Dispatch to support timely order fulfillment.
- Maintain sales reports, CRM records and customer databases.
- Handle customer inquiries and provide after-sales coordination.
- Support sales documentation, scheduling and administrative requirements.
- Track orders and shipment updates and communicate changes to relevant teams.
- Coordinate with Accounts on invoicing and payment follow-ups.
Requirements
- 2–3 years of Sales Coordinator or similar sales-support experience.
- Manufacturing or building-materials experience is preferred.
- Good understanding of sales operations and customer coordination.
- Proficiency in MS Office and ERP/CRM systems.
- Strong communication, organization, multitasking and follow-up skills.
- Immediate joiners are preferred.
