Sales Coordinator

Emirates Extrusion Factory LLC is hiring for the position of Sales Coordinator in National Industries Park, Jebel Ali, Dubai, United Arab Emirates. Emirates Extrusion Factory LLC is hiring a Sales Coordinator to support sales operations in Dubai. The role covers customer coordination, quotations, order processing, documentation, order tracking and communication between Sales, Production, Dispatch and Accounts.

Key Responsibilities

• Coordinate daily sales activities and process customer orders.
• Prepare quotations and follow up with customers on requirements and updates.
• Coordinate with Production and Dispatch to support timely order fulfillment.
• Maintain sales reports, CRM records and customer databases.
• Handle customer inquiries and provide after-sales coordination.
• Support sales documentation, scheduling and administrative requirements.
• Track orders and shipment updates and communicate changes to relevant teams.
• Coordinate with Accounts on invoicing and payment follow-ups.

Requirements

• 2–3 years of Sales Coordinator or similar sales-support experience.
• Manufacturing or building-materials experience is preferred.
• Good understanding of sales operations and customer coordination.
• Proficiency in MS Office and ERP/CRM systems.
• Strong communication, organization, multitasking and follow-up skills.
• Immediate joiners are preferred.
