Key Responsibilities
- Communicate with clients and candidates to understand requirements and provide support.
- Generate leads and develop business relationships.
- Handle outbound calls and maintain client interactions.
- Support recruitment and business development activities to achieve targets.
Requirements
- 1–2 years in sales, recruitment, customer service, or business development.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Confidence with outbound calling and client interactions.
- Proactive, target-oriented approach.
- Recruitment/manpower industry experience is an advantage.
- Dubai-based candidates are preferred.
