DX FutureTech is looking for a hands-on Salesforce Administrator to keep its CRM running smoothly in Dubai. If you already know Salesforce inside and out and enjoy solving the everyday puzzles that come with running a CRM platform, this could be your role.
What you’ll be doing
- Administering and maintaining the Salesforce CRM platform
- Configuring user accounts, permissions and system settings
- Monitoring system performance and keeping data accurate
- Providing user support and assisting with CRM enhancements and troubleshooting
What you’ll bring
- 3-4 years of relevant Salesforce administration experience
- Fluency in Arabic
- Currently based in Dubai
- Strong communication and organizational skills
- Ability to manage CRM operations effectively
