A Dubai-based organization is searching for an experienced Salesforce Developer with a proven background in real estate technology solutions. This is a hands-on technical role that combines platform development with stakeholder collaboration to deliver effective and scalable CRM outcomes.
The ideal candidate will be proficient in Apex and Lightning Web Components and will have direct experience working with real estate clients. Candidates currently in the UAE or holding an active UAE visa are preferred.
What the Role Entails:
- Build and customize Salesforce solutions tailored to business and client needs.
- Develop and maintain platform components using Apex and LWC.
- Design, build, and manage integrations between Salesforce and third-party systems.
- Work closely with business stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into robust solutions.
- Test, debug, and resolve issues within deployed Salesforce environments.
- Deliver ongoing enhancements and platform improvements.
- Communicate project progress and findings clearly to stakeholders.
Candidate Profile:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, IT, Software Engineering, or a related field.
- Solid hands-on Salesforce development experience — Apex and LWC are essential.
- Prior experience delivering solutions for real estate clients or projects is mandatory.
- Strong understanding of CRM development best practices and Salesforce integration patterns.
- Currently based in Dubai/UAE or holding an active UAE visa.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management capabilities.
