Roles & Responsibilities •Provide first line support to users in handholding, tracking of support tickets and closure of tickets •Helping the support team in the resolution of user issues in a timely manner •Support users in day to day problems on go-live with focus to close issues. Qualifications •Fresh graduates or with maximum 2-3 years’ experience •Strong communication skills with the ability to communicate at all levels of the business •Self-starter with good interpersonal skills and some executive presence since they will deal with both Project and Business stakeholders. •Team player attitude and collaboration •Basic understanding or technical knowledge of SAP preferred.
