Job Overview
Securitas Saudi Arabia is recruiting a Security Supervisor in Riyadh to oversee day-to-day security operations and guide Security Officers. Key Responsibilities
- Supervise Security Officers and coordinate daily security activities.
- Ensure staff follow company security policies and operational procedures.
- Respond to incidents and prepare accurate incident reports.
- Coordinate security matters with clients and management.
- Conduct team briefings, training, and performance monitoring.
- Support consistent service standards across assigned operations.
Requirements and Qualifications
- At least three years of experience in security, law enforcement, supervision, or an equivalent role.
- Good written and spoken English communication.
- Strong leadership, organization, and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
- Flexibility to work beyond standard business hours when required.
- Knowledge of security operations, incident reporting, and team coordination.
Skills and Competencies
The supervisor should set clear expectations, communicate calmly, and make sure relevant information is passed on promptly. Good observation, sound judgment, and accurate documentation are important when handling incidents or reviewing operational concerns. The candidate should also be able to support staff development while maintaining a professional relationship with clients and colleagues.
