Job Overview
Platformance is expanding its Creator Marketing team and is seeking a Senior Account Manager for its Dubai office. The role is suited to an experienced professional who understands creator and influencer marketing, can manage important client relationships and has the leadership ability to guide campaigns and team members.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and develop working relationships with clients, creators and influencers.
- Lead creator marketing campaigns from initial planning through coordination and execution.
- Supervise and support team members, helping them meet project goals and delivery expectations.
- Coordinate several campaigns, client schedules and competing priorities at the same time.
- Monitor campaign performance and maintain a high standard of client service.
- Communicate progress and campaign requirements clearly to clients, creators and internal colleagues.
- Keep informed about influencer marketing developments and changes across social media platforms.
Requirements and Qualifications
- At least 5 years of experience in creator marketing, influencer marketing or account management.
- Previous experience leading or managing a team.
- Established professional relationships with creators and influencers.
- Excellent client management, communication and presentation skills.
- Strong organization, multitasking and project management ability.
- Arabic fluency is required; a bachelor’s degree in a related field is indicated as an estimated qualification.
