RAK Packaging is seeking a skilled, experienced Senior Accountant to join its expanding finance team. A good fit for a finance professional with a strong background in accounting, financial reporting, and budgeting who is looking to grow within a well-established organization.
You’ll play a key role managing financial operations, preparing accurate reports, supporting budgeting activities, and ensuring compliance with accounting standards. If you have excellent analytical abilities and experience with ERP systems, this is an excellent opportunity to advance your career in a professional, supportive workplace.
Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare and maintain accurate financial statements and management reports
- Oversee budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning activities
- Ensure compliance with accounting standards, tax regulations, and company policies
- Perform account reconciliations and support month-end and year-end closing processes
- Collaborate with internal departments to improve financial processes and reporting
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting or Finance
- Professional qualification such as ACCA, CPA, CMA, CA, or equivalent preferred
- Minimum 5 years of relevant accounting experience
- Strong analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills
- Excellent attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines
- Strong knowledge of financial reporting and budgeting, taxation and accounting standards, ERP systems, SAP, and Microsoft Excel
