Hills & Fort Construction is seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Senior Estimation Engineer to join its growing team in Dubai, with strong experience in construction estimation, tender preparation, and infrastructure or civil engineering projects.
Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare detailed cost estimates and tender submission documents.
- Review engineering drawings, bills of quantities (BOQs), and technical specifications.
- Perform accurate quantity take-offs and rate analysis for project estimates.
- Coordinate with suppliers, subcontractors, and internal project teams during the bidding process.
- Assist in bid preparation and support cost optimization initiatives.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering.
- Proven experience in estimation and tendering for infrastructure or civil engineering projects.
- Strong understanding of construction methods, materials, and project costing.
- Proficiency in estimation software, AutoCAD, and Microsoft Office applications.
- Experience with Candy CCS software is preferred.
