USBC Interiors is seeking an experienced Senior Estimator (Interior Fit-Out & MEP) to join its team in Dubai.
Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare accurate cost estimates for interior fit-out and MEP projects
- Review tender documents, BOQs, and project specifications
- Perform quantity take-offs and evaluate project costs
- Support the tendering process by preparing competitive bid submissions
- Coordinate with project teams to ensure accurate pricing and cost planning
Requirements:
- 5+ years of UAE experience in Interior Fit-Out and MEP estimation
- Strong knowledge of tendering, BOQs, quantity take-offs, and cost estimation
- Familiarity with the UAE fit-out and MEP market
- Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills
Salary: AED 10,000 – 15,000 per month
